Flexible Spending Arrangement (FSA) and Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP) Vendor Changing Names
Flex-Plan Services, Inc. is the company that provides enrollment and reimbursement services for the Flexible Spending Arrangement (FSA) and Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP) available to PEBB benefit eligible employees. Flex-Plan Services, Inc. is changing it's name to Navia Benefit Solutions during the month of September 2015. Members can expect to see an updated website this fall. Employees may also receive notice through an email from Flex-Plan Services, and through the PEBB "For Your Benefit" newsletter in September.
This is a name change only. The new name and website will not change any of the FSA and/or DCAP benefits. If you use the Flexi Card, you will not receive a new card immediately. A new Navia card will be issued when the current card expires. Phone and fax numbers will not change, but email addresses will be updated accordingly. For questions and reimbursements continue to use the @flex-plan.com email addresses until notified to do otherwise.
