WSU employees have three dental plans to choose from: Uniform Dental, DeltaCare, and Willamette Dental.

Uniform Dental Plan
This plan is administered by Washington Dental Service (WDS). It allows you the freedom to choose any dentist, but provides a higher reimbursement if your dentist contracts with WDS.
The Plan offers services in every county of Washington State. Outside of Washington, services are reimbursed at a higher level than for services provided by non-PPO dentists in Washington.

Uniform Dental 2015 Certificate of Coverage
DeltaCare
This plan is also administered by Washington Dental Service (WDS). It requires selection of one of its network dentists when you enroll. You must receive services from your selected network dentist. There are NO DeltaCare network dentists in Pullman.
You must verify your dentist contracts with DeltaCare as WDS administers several dental plans, each with its own provider network. This is important, as you could be responsible for costs if you receive care from a provider who is not in the DeltaCare network.
Participants enrolled in this plan pay co-payments at the time of service.

Willamette Dental
Requires that you receive care from Willamette Dental dentists or specialists. There is one Willamette dental office in Pullman.
